Alexander H.
Private tutor in Montréal, Canada
Education
I have a Master of International Relations and Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies from the University of London in the U.K. As an undergraduate, I earned a bachelor's degree in literature and minored in philosophy at the University of King's College, Dalhousie University.
Experience
I have previous experience teaching university-level courses in West Africa. I taught history and 20th-century literature during that time. I also have experience teaching 10th and 11th grade as a substitute teacher for the English Montreal School Board in 2014. During that time, I taught history, French, and English. I am available to tutor many courses, including AP French Language and Culture, European History, Political Science, and more. Learning languages can be difficult, but we can work together on your pronunciation and grammar, as well as practice speaking and reading the language. No matter what topic we are working on, I can break tough concepts down into easier-to-understand steps. I can help with homework and test prep.
