I have been working on earning my Master in Computer Science, majoring in bioinformatics, since 2014. My studies included working on data visualization and data analysis using R. As an undergraduate, I earned my Bachelor of Engineering in Bioinformatics. During that time, I worked on GROMACS simulation and computer-aided drug designing and Cheminformatics and Knime Pipelines.
Experience
I'm a biology tutor. I have been working as a research assistant at Concordia University since 2015. Prior to that, I was a research trainee at RASA Life Science Informatics in India. I was there from 2013 to 2014. I have published four research papers. I can help biology students at all levels. Biology is a complex subject with numerous topics to cover. I can break complex concepts down into easier-to-follow steps. I can teach the material in a way that makes the most sense to you. I love driving, trekking, travelling and exploring the neighbourhood and beyond. I like watching SciShow, Minute Earth and other similar Youtube Channels I love going on hikes with meetup groups. When I am at work I like things to be organised and try to keep my stuff that way.
