I earned a BA Double Major in Honours English Literature and Theological Studies from Concordia University and a DEC in the CALL (Creative Arts, Literature and Languages) Program - English Literature Profile from Dawson College. I was on the Dean's Honours List at Dawson College, the Faculty of Arts and Science Dean's List at Concordia University, and the Golden Key International Honours Society.

Experience

I've been a private tutor since 2016 in English, Theology, Social Studies, and Humanities with a focus on effective reading and writing, editing, and essay writing. Before that, I was a tutor at Concordia University in English Literature and Theology. I am also currently a professional note-taker at Concordia University under the Access Center for Students with Disabilities. I enjoy tutoring from the bottom of my heart. I have tutored and offered my services to numerous students coming from a variety of disciplines and concentrations, and the reward I obtain is priceless and immeasurable. I take pride in imparting to others all the knowledge and skills, tools, and values I have at my disposal. I want my students to excel and leave a session having learned something new, having arrived at a new insight or epiphany, a new understanding and by extension, if possible, even a transformation in study habits for example or the creative and writing process. I enjoy seeing my students light up with joy and confidence after a eureka moment.

Hobbies

I am an artist, dancer, poet and writer. I enjoy drawing and painting, reading and writing and going for long walks. I have sold numerous paintings to friends, colleagues and art collectors. My poetry and artwork have appeared in a variety of journals and magazines, both online and in print.
