Education

I have a Master's degree in French as a foreign language.

Experience

I am an experienced French teacher who has been honing her craft for over five years. I also have more than three years of experience as Head of the French Department and Director of Studies in French. I understand that learning a foreign language can be difficult and strive to help my students with pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, writing, and overall understanding. I am comfortable teaching all levels of French ranging from French 1 to French 4. I like to use simulated immersion to give students an idea of what it's like to be in a Francophone country, helping them learn new words while also thinking of creative uses for their existing lexicon. I can also help students prepare for the AP French Language and Culture Exam. I speak fluent French, English, and Spanish, making me a great fit for students of multiple backgrounds.
