Education

Experience
I have 10 years of teaching experience as a professor at the university, CEGEP, and graduate school level combined. I'm passionate about student development and success, both in the classroom and in life! To that end, I wrote several articles on students can take full of advantage of university and prepare for their careers. The best way to learn is through active learning. Students need to be proactive in learning, and a good teacher guides in this process. This kind of learning not only enhances the ability of students to recall information, but it greatly increases their ability to grasp and understand complex subjects. Above all, it teaches them how to learn. I have developed many active learning exercises that I incorporate into my lessons. Moreover, the subjects covered by active learning are chosen strategically according to their importance. Some of the courses I've taught at the university level include General Biology 1 & 2, Physiology, and Pathophysiology for paramedic students.
