I hold two law degrees--a JD and BCL--as well as a diploma in Immigration Consulting. I have also earned my bachelor's degree in Indigenous Social Work (HBSW). I'm currently pursuing a Master in Education in Adult Education and College Teaching.
Experience
I speak English, French, Spanish, and basic Inuktitut. I am passionate about working with individuals, families, groups, and organizations. I am eager to share my knowledge. As an educator, I have demonstrable experience in technology-supported teaching (e.g. hybrid, online, and computer-assisted learning), and legal pedagogy, as well as teaching and mentoring students from a diverse range of backgrounds and abilities. I believe in access to information and education for all persons. I want to be a tutor to support students in their educational objectives. I have assisted and organized educational events and outreach activities. I am interested in human rights, education, and social justice. I have experience working with children, youth, the elderly, and individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
