Education
I graduated from McGill University in 2012 with a specialization in Translation (French - English). Prior to that, I was a student at Concordia University where I specialized in Modern Languages and Political Science. I was also a student at Dawson College where I graduated with a qualification in Social Science and Reflections with a special emphasis on languages and writing. Finally, I passed the Brevet Français at the College International Marie de France.
Experience
I am available remotely to help with online language classes, essay writing, and study skills, at all levels from elementary school through to undergraduate. I have experience working as a language coach with students on grammar, structure, syntax, and vocabulary, as well as assisting students with their conversational English and French, and advanced text revision and editing. I have previously worked with both adults and children with learning disabilities. In addition to this, I have experience in adult education and working with students on skills such as preparing for exams and essay and thesis writing. My passion for teaching and tutoring began at an early stage when I was paired with a special needs student in high school to help him with homework and social integration. I have been tutoring and teaching ever since.
