I have been tutoring privately for the past 14 years. I have tutored students in Chemistry and Biology. Though tutoring has been a part-time vocation, as I have been a full-time researcher for the past couple of years, I have always enjoyed tutoring since it gives me great satisfaction when I impart knowledge to other students and help them to understand the scientific premises better and for them to appreciate science more in-depth as well. I believe a deeper understanding will lead to a better grades.
