Experience
Teaching computer programming is something that I am very passionate about and I have more than eight years of professional programming experience. I was also a programming lab teacher assistant for a class with over 15 students, helping them grasp object-oriented programming principles such as extensibility and method overriding. I am comfortable tutoring several different computer science concepts, including the Java programming language and web development. If your code isn't functioning as intended, I can look it over and try to spot the issue. Once we've figured out what the problem is, I can help you brainstorm possible solutions and help you determine which potential fix would require the least amount of work. Two sets of eyes are always better than one when it comes to troubleshooting code.
