Renaud-Philippe G.
Private tutor in Montréal, Canada
Education
I earned a B.A. in Ethics and Society from the University of Ottawa in 2011, an MLitt in Philosophy from the University of St. Andrews in 2012, an M2 from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne - Philosophie et societe in 2013, and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Toronto.
Experience
In the fall of 2015, I taught two seminars on Just War Theory at l'Institut d'etudes politiques de Paris (i.e. Sciences Po). I also have a forthcoming article to be published in the Journal of Philosophy. I am interested in helping students with their political science and philosophy coursework. Both classes place a strong emphasis on effective essay-writing, and I can show you how to work from an outline if you aren't already in the habit of doing so. I can also teach you how to find appropriate secondary sources for your research paper and cite them correctly. Of course, I can review fundamental concepts such as international relations and the nature of knowledge with you as well.
