Timothy V.
Private tutor in Montréal, Canada
Education
I attended an international high school in Zurich, Switzerland where I completed the IB program. I took Econ Standard Level. I currently am a Junior at McGill University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Economics and a minor in German. I have chosen to pursue a degree in economics, as when I first started studying it, the world suddenly made a lot more sense to me. From being able to better understand behavioural patterns of individuals to why certain policies are put in place - I found economics to be very interesting and valuable.
Experience
I have several years of tutoring experience. I have tutored IB and high school economics before, and I have also tutored second language English. I wish to become a tutor as I have acquired a strong grasp over basic / intermediate microeconomics and hope to help others understand it, as I also love econ and think it's very valuable! I have taken IB Econ Standard Level. In regards to my major, I have taken Economic Statistics ECON 227, Microeconomic Theory ECON 230, Macroeconomic Theory ECON 330, Money -Banking - Government Policy ECON 302, Economic Development 1 ECON 313, and Economic Development 2 ECON 314. So I am also able to help in other areas too!
